Dear You - Embrace Your Own power

We sometimes hope for someone else to come into our lives and fix everything that feels heavy or hard. But that hope can really be a message from a place deep inside of us, a message that we have the ability to heal ourselves.

When we expect others to give us what we’re missing, it can make our relationships feel tight and like we can't fully be ourselves. This happens because we've given someone else a job that's really ours—taking care of our own needs.

It's important for us to learn how to be there for ourselves. When we start doing that, our relationships with others—and even our finances—can begin to change for the better.

This isn't about being tough on ourselves. It's about understanding that by nurturing our own hearts with kindness, we can change our patterns. This is a journey not just about making things a little better here and now. It's about changing in a deep way that touches every part of our lives.

By paying attention to our own needs, we can become more understanding, patient, and loving with ourselves. It's in this self-care that our lives can transform, allowing us to find the warmth and love we've been looking for, and realising that it's been within us all along.
